Oshiathan - Deity of the Ocean

Oshiathan. He is an ocean deity based on the Leviathan. I did some cleaning up (he looked better before scanning. Sadly, the damn scanner couldn't pick up on the pencil, so I had to go over it again, but harder, ruining some of the quality )
